Effective Date: February 12, 2025
This document outlines the legal conditions under which you may access and use our services, including our website, portal, and any digital products. By using our platform, you accept these terms and agree to abide by them. A separate Privacy Policy governs how we manage your personal and health information.
Our platform facilitates healthcare interactions through digital methods such as video calls, phone, secure messaging, and email. These interactions may occur without a licensed provider present unless explicitly stated. Telehealth is not suitable for emergencies, and should not replace in-person care for critical conditions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Unauthorized access, multiple accounts without consent, or account misuse is prohibited. In shared counseling scenarios, explicit permission will be obtained before data is shared between related accounts.
You must be the legal age of majority in your region to enter into these terms. For minors, parental consent is required. Users previously banned or under governmental sanction are not permitted to access our Services.
By supplying your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us via text, email, phone, or notifications. These may relate to your account, appointments, updates, or feedback requests. Standard carrier fees may apply. You may opt out at any time by using provided instructions or contacting us.
You agree to pay for selected services and abide by our cancellation policies. Payments are processed through secure systems. No refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated or arranged in advance. Missed or canceled sessions are subject to our Refund Policy.
In some cases, we may coordinate genetic testing, which involves sharing necessary personal data with third-party labs. You will receive and sign informed consent documents detailing how your specimen will be used and retained.
You agree to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Notify us promptly if your account is compromised or misused. You are responsible for securing your access credentials.
All materials and systems associated with our Services, including trademarks, documents, forms, and proprietary processes, are protected by law. You may not use, reproduce, or modify any protected materials without our written authorization.
You may offer feedback or suggestions voluntarily. These may be used by us without any obligation to compensate or attribute them to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access if these terms are violated. You may cancel your access at any time. Termination does not remove your obligation to pay for prior services or any continuing terms of this agreement.
Our Services are provided as-is. While we strive for client satisfaction, outcomes vary by case. We cannot guarantee results or uninterrupted access to services. You are encouraged to consult with licensed providers for specialized care.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, outages, pandemics). Liability for business interruption, financial loss, or opportunity cost is disclaimed, except where consumer laws provide otherwise.
You must not exploit or attack our systems or send spam using our services. Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration. You waive your right to a jury trial and agree not to join class action claims. Jurisdiction is based on our operating location.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms. Any updates will be effective as of the date published. You will be informed via reasonable means prior to enforcement.
