Bonnie Liebers, MS, CGC
CO-FOUNDER/CEO
Bonnie has 35 years of experience as a genetic counselor and started Guide Genetics in an effort to broaden the digital reach of genetic counselors and empower stakeholders in the genetic testing industry. Over the course of her career, Bonnie has held positions at Albany Medical College, Kaiser Permanente and Northeast Health. Bonnie holds a BS in Biology and in Psychology from Syracuse University, an MS in Genetic Counseling from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health and charter membership in the American Board of Genetic Counseling.

Ian Frayling
ADVISOR
Dr. Ian Frayling is a Consultant in Genetic Pathology and is based at the All-Wales Medical Genetics Service. Ian qualified in Clinical Medicine at Cambridge and after initial training in pathology he studied DNA damage repair for his PhD. He is a founding member of InSiGHT, InSiGHT’s Variant Interpretation Committee, and the Mallorca Group. Dr. Frayling’s research contributed to the understanding of APC in familial polyposis and he has been named and Honorary Medical Advisor to Lynch Syndrome UK.
Bowdoin Su, MD, MBA
ADVISOR
Dr. Su acts as a clinical and biomedical industry advisor for Guide Genetics. Dr. Su has held positions at Natera and Sanofi and is now an Associate Director of Medical Affairs at Abbvie. Dr. Su is a board certified OBGYN. He received his MD from UT Southwestern and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern.
Mike Knych
ADVISOR
Mike Knych is Chief Financial Officer at the Asset Management Company, a family office that has made over 250 investments, specializing in information technology and the life sciences. At AMC, Mike monitors investments in limited partnerships, directs private investment, public equities and the family venture capital fund. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University.
Matthew Liebers
ADVISOR
Matt’s background is in healthcare consulting, data science and genomics research. Matt focused his research work at Massachusetts General Hospital in cancer genomics and CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing. He also spent time in consulting, at McKinsey & Co., working primarily in the pharmaceuticals and medical devices space. Matt holds a BS in Biology and Applied Economics from Cornell University and is pursuing an MD at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
